We are in the process of negotiating a leasing agreement with a cell phone carrier on our property. The company in question has made preliminary offers and are in the process of sending the contract. How can you help us in establishing a reasonable rental fee and some of the contract details associated with the lease agreement. What will be your fee for this consulting??
