I've been offered a lump sum to buy me out

I have been looking for information on my particular tower, as I'm sure everyone is once they find out the reasons you could be offered more money. Is there anyway you could help me figure out how significant my tower is? How many tenants, and who they are, the distance my tower reaches, etc.
