Is there a seperate value put on each part of a lease?
The neighbor above me, has a cell tower on their property. There are 3 parts to the lease agreement. The land where the tower actually sits, the turn around in front of the tower, and the right of way leading up to the tower. My question is... Is there a monetary value put on each part of the lease? I am the owner of the property that the tower company has to pass through to get to their tower. The neighbors have no right of way on their deed. Did they get compensated for that right of way? Shouldn't I have been contacted as the property owner? I have contacted American Tower to let them know the situation. They told me that it was a township road and they have every right to use it. I told them it was not a township road and gave them the number to the township office to verify. I have not heard back from them. Any help you could give me on this would be GREATLY appreciated.
