Have a ground lease ready to expire in Nov, 2011 . Have had a lawyer working on it for about 1 year and 8 months. How close to the end date can they push it to without a new contract?
thanks, tmkemk

Does the carrier have the right to 'holdover" in their lease? I would need to see the language. If they do not I would suspect that the carrier is already looked to move to a new location. Why is it taking your attorney that long to finalize? I have seen many attorneys kill these deals because they are unfamiliar with wireless carrier requirements. Call us. 888-313-9750
