They installed a Generator on my site and never contacted me.
Should I get extra rent for this item?

I don't believe you would get anything for a generator. I am not getting anything for cabinets.
I would get something for the addition of a shelter.

I do believe they should let you know when something is being added though. I feel it is a common courtesy.
