General or Specific Easement.
by B Davis
(Bridgeport, CT)
Our cell tower was sold to Unison in 2006. Since then, T-Mobile makes periodic visits to our condominium to either inspect or make improvements to the cell tower.
I would like as president of our Association, have another cell tower installed to generate some revenue for the building. I was told by Unison recently that Unison could "market" our site to find other cell towers. I have not heard from them. Unison said there is room for "other tenants" on our roof and we are open to add new tenants and we would receive 60% of rent sharing.
The contract is difficult to understand and I would appreciate your comments and help. I will, if you wish, to send a photograph of the site.
Thank you, B.Davis CT
