Bill that looks like a great location. Any idea how many cars drive by per day on the Santa Ana Freeway?

Is this an existing rooftop cell site that is being upgraded to 4G/LTE and you are looking for what the increased value should be on your lease?

Is this a brand new site?

Who is the carrier? What were you offered?

We are very familiar with the rates and values in the Los Angeles Market. There are a few carrier real estate managers and lease reps who have our pictures on a dart board because they think we are "poisoning" California landlords with misinformation.

Remember, the leasing rep is not your friend they are there to get the site leased for the carrier as cheap as possible.
