If the cell site is on the top of the building is the carrier paying the electric bill to power it? If not does it have a separate meter or how is it parsed out if the building and the site are on the same meter?
Carriers should have their own direct meter and it should not be the responsibility of the landlord to have to reconcile the electric bills. Tell them you need a direct meter or a sub-meter.
