Condo HOA looking at possibility of Verizon Roof Lease

by Mike
(Westwood Village, CA)

Our HOA is a non-profit organization and the board would like to know how much could be provided to the HOA if we were to allow Verizon to locate a cell tower site on the roof of our four story building.

We are located west of the UCLA campus and east of the 405 freeway. We are in a dead zone for Verizon because there are hills on both sides of our street that blocks the signals from the university campus and the freeway. Many of our residents have switched from Verizon because their cell phones go dead when they walked into the building.

How could we find out how much Verizon would pay to solve this issue by placing a cell tower on our roof?
