I am a board member of a small private school that has been approached about placing a tower on campus. Obviously we are at square one. At what point i the process do we speak with you?

Wait until they have some skin in the game

Richard, the biggest mistake schools make is that they start to negotiate price and terms prematurely.

They are only looking at a school property as a last resort in most cases, and since it is such a political thing, the Board should require them to provide detailed architectural engineering drawings and the lease before you engage somebody like our firm.

Please call to discuss.
