Richard, the biggest mistake schools make is that they start to negotiate price and terms prematurely.
They are only looking at a school property as a last resort in most cases, and since it is such a political thing, the Board should require them to provide detailed architectural engineering drawings and the lease before you engage somebody like our firm.
