How do I choose between a cell tower attorney or a cell tower consultant?

Does it matter who I hire to get me the best deal? I hope that you don't mind that I borrowed the image from your website to create this satirical motivational poster. I was hoping it would catch your attention and I would get a fast response.

We have been contacted by a cellphone company to build a tower on our land. We have a property that is several hundred acres and has a hilltop with the highest elevation for about three miles. I contacted our family attorney but he did not seem to have a grasp of the values, so I started to look around the internet and found your site and a few others. I called one of your competitors and they kept stressing that they were attorneys and that I needed to hire an attorney, but when I look over your website I don't get that same feeling.

Tell me why I should hire you.
