Buyout Offer from Unison

Unison has offered us a buyout of our current cell tower lease from TowerCo with Sprint antennas on it. We also have our county emergency system using the cell tower. They say they will give us an additional 50 percent of any new companies they put on the tower. Does this sound reasonable?

Did you end up selling the lease? Please share your lease buyout experience here so that others can benefit from it if possible. We are not interested in confidential numbers etc but in the process and the deal flow, counter offers etc.

Harry we really need more information regarding the offer from the lease buyout company and the specifics about your lease. I know a company who can help attract additional co-locating cellular carriers for a lot less than 50%. Please call us at 888-313-9750.
