by Louis
(Burton texas)

We are in the third year of the first five year contract with Verizon. Over the past year, we have been contacted by several parties want to buy our lease. Then recently we have been contacted by the same with a desire to enlarge the lease contract for a bonus. The current cell tower management (American Tower) is the one who made the request. What is going on!

What's going on with American Tower?

It's like the bass fishing shows on Saturdays where Jimmy Houston or Bill Dance will change up lures and see what the big month bass will strike. They are changing up roofers in the hopes that you will jump at one of them.
