They have approached us about buying out our lease because it's inactive,they want a purpetual easement. If inactive why buy us out? We feel they aren't being honest with us. We have been getting 529.00 a month for five years and up for our 15 year renewal and they are threatening not to renew us. Are they being honest or is something coming down the tubes in the next few years. They offered 60,00 buyout. My husband and I don't feel like they are being truthful with us. We need your advice.
