AT&T Wireless Lease Negotiations

by Bill
(Los Angeles, California)

Tower Genius was awesome. Steve was polite and took the time to explain everything to me. He and his team then negotiated the terms of the deal with AT&T Wireless and handled everything from top to bottom. They ended up maximizing my deal by over 65% and they made this process painless. What was really amazing was the fact that I was told by the AT&T representative that certain items in the lease were not negotiable. Once Steve got involved it was apparent that these terms were negotiable.

Sometimes we feel like we are to cell tower leases as the Justice League was to Saturday morning cartoons growing up.
