AT&T wants to put cell tower on my property in Colorado
by William
(Colorado)
AT&T wants to build a cell tower on our commercial property. We are about a half hour from Denver and I read that they are trying to push for a major expansion in the area. The guy who contacted us doesn't work directly for AT&T but said that AT&T is trying to improve their service to support all of the newer types of cell phones. What is a fair price for renting ground space for a cell tower? We were offered $700, then he said he could go up to $850, and I've been reading that this could be about $2,000 - $3,000 depending where you are located.
