AT&T assigned my lease to Tower Assets Newco and they terminated

by Bob
(Auburn Hills Michigan)

I have had a lease with ATT for 13 years, and in sept.2010 ATT assigned the lease to Tower Assets Newco who immediately terminated. The only way to protect my future interests was to exercise my right to purchase the entire facility, 200 foot monopole tower, shelter, etc. and go it alone.I am located right along the I-75 corridor in Auburn Hills Michigan. Are there on-line sites where I should list my tower to let potential users know about it being available? I could sure use some help if anyone has gone through this before.
Thanks.

Two ways...
by: Sean (Airwave)

There are two ways to try and get a carrier to your site. One is to contact the major tower companies and see if they will market your site but they will require a spit of revenues.

If you want to try and do it on your own, follow the link below to a page we have on the website that lists ways to get your site to the carriers directly to see if they have any interest.

Submit Your Property Info Directly to the Carriers For A Cell Tower or Cell Site.

Good Luck.
