This is for a church property. The cell tower could be a ground or a steeple one. The church currently has property and liability insurance. What are the insurance "ball park" requirements for both types (ground, steeple) for thr two types?
Carriers usually want to make sure you have a general liability policy of at least $1M per incident. In the lease agreements you need to make sure that the indemnification and hold harmless language is mutual.
