i have a 50 year ground lease with sba and 1 carrier verison, i have had an offer from an other co. to add sprint and att to it ?? the site has a cap of 5 carriers on their drawings. nothing on my lease says anything about further payments for new services, only 10% increase every 5 years x 50 years rite now 950.00 mo 2 1/2 years left. R.O.F.R.? THEY SBA have been offering an upward buy out cash? i like the mo. payouts i do not want a big 1099 with the irs. ANY IDEAS??? DOUG.

Please call Tower Genius and ask for me if you need assistance.
